What is the Super Spartan Award?

The Super Spartan Award is a way to recognize MVHS students for their contributions to the

MVHS community. This award specifically focuses on students who have gone above and beyond in the classroom environment. Students efforts are recognized by their teachers who nominate students they believe exemplify a Super Spartan. ASB strives to broaden our definition of success, beyond grades and advanced classes, as well as recognize a diverse group of students.

 

Awardees are invited to the Congressional Meeting where they are recognized in front of their peers. They are presented with award certificates in their classes by an administrator, and their photos are displayed in the Activities Office on the Super Spartan Wall. An email is also sent out to the e-list and to parents/guardians to share the great news!
